Bonnie Bennett is a Cleveland, TN transplant since 2004. She grew up as a military dependent where her father served in the United States Air Force for 30 years. She spent her childhood and adolescent years living all over the United States & the world: S. Korea, Turkey, Georgia, Guam, New Mexico, Mississippi, Illinois, Washington DC, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and now Tennessee. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Oral Roberts University and had a successful career as a marketing executive before deciding to step away from corporate marketing and start a family

She entered into the real estate industry by taking a marketing manager position for a successful real estate team in 2014. After learning the ropes of real estate, she decided to pursue a role where she could actively engage with buyers and sellers as a Realtor. She obtained her TN real estate license in 2015, her GA real estate license in 2019, and her TN Broker's license in 2022. She also holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designations. She is a multi-million dollar producer and continually achieves production awards, year after year. She most recently received the Top Producer by Volume for her firm in 2023.

As a realtor and broker, she brings a wealth of real estate industry experience & knowledge to ensure her clients receive the highest level of real estate services possible. She is an excellent communicator, highly dependable, and holds integrity and ethics above all. She has specialized experience working with buyers as an exclusive buyer's agent from 2015-2020. Her background and skills in marketing & graphic design are an additional valuable resource for her seller clients to ensure their homes are advertised in the best light. She loves to serve as a trusted real estate advisor and watch her clients, friends, and family achieve their dreams of homeownership, and reach their wealth-building goals through real estate.

On a personal level, she is a dedicated mother of a spirited and energetic son and is actively involved with her local church worship team. Fun Fact about Bonnie: She interned at the Pentagon in Washington DC through her college years from 2000-2004.
